Milly Garbutt

Milly has always loved dogs and been around them her whole life, but her dog training journey really began when she got her incredibly prey driven Transylvanian Hound Nova and had to learn why she behaved the way she did and what motivated her, this was the start of a very strong bond between them and a new perspective on dog training. Milly now also has two Vizslas, Scooby and Rex, with which she does gundog training, she’s very passionate about letting dogs do what they were bred to do and loves training working breeds. Milly is a qualified and accredited trainer with the IMDT and an approved dog trainer with the Dog Training College. Her business, Hound and Away, specialises in pet gundogs and dogs with high prey drive, she offers bespoke one to one training programmes and various group classes.
